Hello Elizabeth
Hello Elizabeth,
The self check receipts are all action triggers. There are four
action triggers and their names all start with "Self-Checkout".
As far as I'm aware the self check does not currently have a way to
tell it to use Hatch.
Hope this helps,
Jennifer

Hi Elizabeth,
The built in self check does not require hatch.
The self check receipts are controlled by action triggers. The stock action
triggers are named:
Self-Checkout Fines Receipt
Self-Checkout Holds Receipt
Self-Checkout Items Out Receipt
Self-Checkout Receipt
Hope this helps,
Michele
Hello
Does the self checkout use it's own set of receipt templates and does it not
use Hatch?
Thank you,

Have you tried out Evergreen's built-in self-check interface along with a

it handles the basics well for minimal cost.

Thanks, Michele! This is awesome.
I noticed that our self check receipts seem to show up in the database, but

Hi all,
Last week, we had a library request that the message that says, "You saved
$XX.XX by using your library today!" (where $XX.XX would be the total cost
of the items checked out) be added to their self check receipts. I know
this is possible for receipts printed from the staff client, but
I think I'd want to try it on this guy:

Hi Stuart,
Evergreen does include a basic self-check component:
http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.10/_self_checkout.html
It can also talk to more sophisticated self-check products via SIP2.
For example, some members of our consortium use Bibliotheca/3M's
products.

Josh,
As far as I know that feature does not exist.
We (MVLC) would welcome it as we've had a request for this capability in

The trick would be making this work with SIP2 self check clients as well
as Evergreen's own self check.
