So, now
to modify anything, just
create the dynamic fields, map the configuration and set them into Config.pm in
the order you want to show.

Hi,
I found out that it was possible to modify Layout.pm to create a new
environment variable.
For example, it's possible to create a new variable called "New Variable" :
$Self->{NewVariable} = $ConfigObject->Get('DefaultTheme');
And call it inside a .tt template file using :

Hi,
I tried to use dynamic fields in notifications, using the following syntax :
It worked for escalation notifications and others things, but it seems that the
dynamic fields don't get any value when the notification is sent after creating
a new ticket.
It's replaced instead with "-".
Hi Anthony,
By "Group", do you mean "OTRS Group" or "LDAP Group" ?

For example, transform Ticket# 20190411 4 031 into date + 3 digits for

Hi,
So the idea would be to create a new setting with XML file, like
"DynamicFieldFromCustomerUser::Mapping" but for Agent ?
Would that be "DynamicFieldFromAgent::Mapping" ?

Hi,
I tried the following things without success.
1) Uncomment the part concerning Dynamic Field1 in
AgentTicketOverviewMedium.tt, replacing "Field1" without the name of my dynamic
field
2) Added the dynamic field in Ticket::Frontend::OverviewMedium###DynamicField

the agent. Perhaps by
combining custom entries for agent data and those variables in the
signature data you might be able to have OTRS create a fitting signature.

Hi,
That would be only for a group or single agent attached to a queue, right ? But
in that case you would have to create a queue per agent ? Isn't there a better
way for single agent ?

Hi,
I am trying to change the size of the displayed messages when you read a

There is a sysconfig parameter about text size but it only changes the size of
the emails sent from "New Email Ticket".

Hi,
Is there a place with a list of OTRS tags (for example for signature) ?
Is it possible to create custom tags ?
For example, Iike would like the LDAP attributes of agents location (UserCity)
and show it in agent signatures.

The solution was in the dynamic field description :
http://some.example.com/handle?query= [ % Data.Field1 | uri % ]
Replacing Field1 with the LDAP attribute (if this one is already defined in the
mapping)
