Hello Zoltan,
please do NOT unisntall your packages, as you suspected this will result
in a loss of data!
There is currently a bug in ITSM 5.0.9 which is caused by a file which
has moved from one package to another. A bug report will follow soon.
Please try the following workaround:

Hello Jose,
you need to make sure in your change state machine ( Admin -> Admin
State Machine -> ITSM::ChangeManagement::Change::State) that the state
"Approved" is reachable from the state the change had before in your
scenario.
In the default setup of ITSM Change Management the state "Appr
Hello,
did you activate the cron job "itsmchange_check"?
You need to copy/rename the file "var/cron/itsmchange_check.dist" to
"var/cron/itsmchange_check"
This cron job checks regularly for changes/workorders if the relevant
times have been reached.

Udo

Hi Dilson,
you can go to the "General Catalog" section in the admin interface and
create new items of the class "ITSM::Service::Type".

Hello Martin,
unfortunately the Import/Export script is currently not able to create
links between objects.
But you could write a script, which uses Kernel/System/LinkObject.pm,
especially the LinkAdd() function to create the links.

Hi Gergely,
this is not possible out-of-the box, and would require some programming,
which the OTRS could offer to you:

Yes! Thats the case, uninstalling deletes everything.
Good that you had a backup. :-)
Hi Alexander,
for me a feature request is the same as an "enhancement request" in
bugzilla, and that's still the place where to file such things.
As I mentioned before, this has the advantage of easier reference in our
release notes, and cvs commits.
I see ideascale as a place to discuss ideas w
Hi Andre,
I can totally agree with you! I would like to keep bugs and enhancement
requests in bugzilla, were they can be referenced much better in our
release notes, and in cvs commits, than in ideascale.
Ideascale is nice, but we will need bugzilla for enhancement requests.

Udo

can be saved as template.

Hi Olivier,
you still need to obey the rules of the state machine. This means, if
you want to execute an action "Set the change to successful", the change
needs to be in a state before from where the transition to 'successful'
is allowed of course.
If you want to test this more easily, and to sim
Hello Winter,
in the FAQ edit screen, in the richtext editor, there is an image upload
button. This should usually work.

Hi Edmond,
yes there is a way to do this.
Have a look in the Admin-Menu
[ Customer Users <-> Services ]. There you can either assign services to
selected customers, or you can define them as default services for every
customer.

Hi Harrison,
this will not be so easy, as there are no templates for the PDF output.
You can try to have a look at Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketPrint.pm, this
is where the PDF output is generated.
