Hi Matthew. MP3TRIM is accessible and is able to trim beginning and end of MP3 tracks without re-encoding. It can normalise but I would recommend MP3GAIN over MP3TRIM for this any day. You can't actually trim out part of the track but you could decide that you wished to trim off 2 or 3 minutes
