Hello,
On an unrelated note, how did you generate that Dropbox link? Whenever I
generate a link from Dropbox, it's different than that and doesn't allow me to
just download the file. Best,
Jesse

These are two separate areas. Humanware does have some set stations for various
regions around the world. However, the individual user can create a personal
favorite by pressing the bookmark button.

Exactly yes but the list of favorites itself - unless I'm very much
mistaken - is stored online.
If the VRStream has done its work properly then you should be actually
able to access those Favorites in a web browser and configure them
manually, VRstream or no VRstream, all other Internet
The "favorites" _is_ part of the stream! Therefore, you can "favorite" a
station right from the stream!

It shouldn't have any limits as the "Favourites" function isn't actually
a part of the Stream itself, - if all the other Internet radio sets I
know of are anything to go by - Favorites are stored online and the
radio accesses that list when it needs to.

The Victor Stream radio is simple to use and has no limit to favourites as
far as I know.

I've just learned that the first generation Victor Reader Stream will handle
SDXC cards, you just need to format them via the menus no different than the
second gen. sounds like good times.
I asked this on the VRStream list, subscribe information below.
Hi!
I'm not a Victor Reader Stream user and I don't use my iPhone much for
Internet radio however I believe I use a far better solution than a
Victor Reader Stream will ever be and an iPhone is part of this - or
indeed an Android phone if you'd prefer -, the phone acts as the remote
control
The Victor second gen is other than sitting at the PC, the only streaming
device I use and I've never heard of only 35 presets. The presets are
limited to either you taking the time to find and save the presets or, you
installing whatever playlist M3U's etc that you've put together yourself,
but
I honestly don't recall what the first gen can handle as far as sies goes.
I've only owned and operated the second gen.

The largest sized SDXC cards I've seen to date are 1TB. 2TB is the capacity
of what exFAT will support.

Dude 512 GB? That's lots and lots of podcasts and DAISY books and what not.
As all that's MP3 or CD quality at best. Remember these things sadly don't
do HD. Super epic though.

Yes, I was using the 64 GB. So the VRS can handle a 2 TB SDXC card? Where
are these cards being offered? Can't find any on Amazon.com.

The VRS has a robust library of radio streams you can search through quite
easily. I simply save them as Favorites.
I do hope one day they can add paid services like TuneIn and Spotify to the
services which can be programmed in the VRS.

Really? The VRS can bring up files stored on a USB drive? Thought that port
could only be used for recharging?
Mines is over two years old, so I'm not sure what adaptor you're speaking?
Is there a model or brand?

Hi,
I guess it's 64 gig, but be aware that you can attach an external USB

There's no such thing as a perfect SD card. The point? Is that there will be
lemons so to speak regardless of the manufacturer, name etc. the second gen
Victor will handle any SDXC card thrown at it regarding capacity. The
highest I've heard used to date is the 512GB PNY SDXC which last I checked
Hello,
I'm looking to purchase a large capacity card to store a large quantity of
OTR shows encoded in MP3 format on. I'm sick of swapping 64 GB cards for
listening to various genres saved on several SD cards. Just want one big boy
card to put the majority of them on.
