Thanks Christine. I like that shot too, and it was a wrench to edit it out. But the RPS judges are very strict about repetition, and it is too similar to the shot which is currently the final one in the series - I don't think it adds anything to the essay, and it would slightly disrupt the rhythm,

Backing up with out a spotter

Well, after 3 attempts at getting a Maxtor 4 lite to format on the ibook, i gave up. (My other two Maxtors worked/work well though.) I bought a 160 Gig Seagate today, and it formatted fine, so the double back up is now on, and i can, hopefully, safely remove my oddles of photos and get some space
