K20 which makes it junk in some people's eyes.

I believe the 16-45/4 is an f/4 maximum aperture.

last year.
Working in a lumber yard has been very good for me.
I've ost 4 inches and actually gained some weight.
Calisthenics are good, but I don't think there is anything that replaces
physical work done at a pace

But it isn't photography.
Photography is about what you see and how you translate that into something
you can hold. Everything else is window dressing sent to distract us.
