According to Sony the DSC-RX10 weights 1.095g (2lb 5oz). A K-5 weighs 750g (1lb 10.5oz), so even with a 50mm/f1.4 it weighs slightly less than the Sony. A K-5 with the 60-250 zoom does weigh just about twice what that Sony weighs. The Sony, though, has a sensor even smaller than a 4/3 sensor
