When I try to open a basket which was encrypted using version 1.0.2,
after entering the password there is an error message GPGME:
Decryption failed. This does not happen with baskets encrypted in

Although normalize-audio is installed, K3B cannot find it. Even if I set the
explicit path to normalize-audio in K3B's configuration dialog, it does not
help. This seems very similar to a closed bug from last year (549221) that was
fixed with a patch from Roderick

First produce a digikam 2.9.0-4 that correct the bug, then if you want
to package something non instalabble that breaks debian packaging rules,
we can open gracve bug but at least have something working!
