Hi Erland,
Thanks for these answers... never seen such a good customer service

You are right that I assumed that the headers I was loooking for in
dynamic tags menu would be headers of the currently selected set of
albums (only the music matching the subset of dynamic tags), not only
a copy
I'm not sure it's the best topic to post this question about, but as
there it's talking about dynamic tags...

If any of you classical music listeners is interested in trying out the

some feedback.
The thing I would like feedback on is a new Dynamic Tag menu template
that is delivered with Custom Scan 1.18. It is a completely dynamic

Your answers sound promising. I previously understand the hint that non
standard tags are not playable in that pressing play does nothing. Your
explanation that on pressing play all items in the menu below will be
played is exactly that what I desired. Thanks for the explanation.

I also do not see the differenc between movement and song. Isn't that

I prefer to split classical CDs into virtual albums so that I use the

(each work thus defines a virtual album). This works fine whith CDs

I only ha very few classical tracks, so I actually know quite little

I'm glad to see that you are making the effort to document using your
plug-in for browsing classical music. I've responded to your immediate
request for comment and added other more general thoughts.
Thanks to your help I have what I need in a very straightforward manner
though no doubt it could be further enhanced.
I use the composer, artist, title, album and track number tags only but
how they are used does depend on the type of piece.
For a multi-part work, eg. a symphony or sonata, then
Perhaps I should have also said that I use the SB3 menus almost
exclusively - I don't have a PC in the room with the hi-fi.So I don't
know anything about the right-click stuff.

Erland,
I've actually stopped using custom browse. What I would like is
something that allowed me to choose the tags in a pretty random order -
hierarchical systems don't match my thought/browse patterns.
For example, I like the dabs system - see www.dabs.com - where you can

Is there anyone that have a good example how you use Custom Browse and
Custom Scan with classical music ?
The reason for my question is that I feel that it would be good have an
example of how to setup this on my wiki, but at the moment my experience
