Maybe this is a known issue, but recently I've been using iPeng on my
iPad a lot more instead my iPhone, and noticed the progress bar duration
time is showing the previously played track duration instead of the
current track duration.

Sorry for another question. As I said earlier, I've manually added the
external IP address of my server to ipeng. The problem is that iPeng
keeps detecting the the server locally and switching to it when I'm
home. Is there any way to get it to stay with the external version?

Well, the FLAC section has the conversion to MP3 set to "Disabled",
that's probably the reason.
You need to use one of the other available options there (probably
"flac/lame")

Ah yes, that is entirely possible. I recall quite some time ago playing
with file types. I was setting up upnp bridge to use on my receiver. For
various reasons it needed to be converted to PCM for that. But only
that. As long as that continues to work I can change those file types. I
do find tho
This looks like you've set up your system to always convert to PCM, this
would prevent encoding as MP3.
Did you make any changes to convert.com or the file type settings in
LMS?

It’s only available through the server-side menu which iPeng doesn’t use
because it doesn’t contain other data iPeng needs.
I’ll have to see what I can do about it.

I have recently upgraded iPeng via the Apple app store on one of my
iPads to version 9.7.1 and am experiencing an issue whereby iPeng
crashes (ie exits) when I attempt to unpair synchronised players. My
other iOS devices (which are on 9.7) have not yet upgraded to the latest

Currently the font size is fixed, iPeng 9 was developed long before
dynamic type was a thing and changing all that is a huge amount of work.

Again, iPeng doesnt report that. iPeng doesnt have any message like
that nor does it know anything about the TIDAL statu
