I think I have found something, All of my tests above have been with an SB3. After the full system reboot the FLAC URL metadata was restored but the FLAC Plugin was still stuttering and unplayable. I switched the Player to use Proxied Streaming and now the FLAC Plugin is working. Hooray!! I

I managed to cause LMS to lose track of the new stream's metadata by quickly switching back-and-forth between the plugin and the favorite. Restarting didn't immediately help. But after I shut it down and went away for a few hours, when I returned the favorite had its metadata again. Switching
