Hello, I have a folder in my playlist folder where I have older backups from RatingsLight. When I tell it to backup or export I don't see any new files there. Where would these backup files be located? I doubt that anything happens at all because RatingsLight tells me after 0 seconds that the task is completed. Thank you for your quick reply. I in fact managed to track down an old backup file and i will have to live with the fact that some ratings are gone but it shouldn't really be too much of a bother. One thing I noticed as I was looking at the file persist.db in SQLite: some ratings have been preserved but not all. Hello, as of today all my ratings have disappeared. I had a couple of rescans and also some files of the file system have gone missing. Where would Ratings Light store the ratings and is there any way to get them back? That worked well thank you! I will not need this plugin for flac-files. But I stumbled upon another problem. LMS reads files that are in "#recycle" ie that have been deleted. I guess I will need this plugin to make LMS ignore them. I still cannot figure out how to make a backup of all my ratings. I have a Ratings Light-folder in my Playlists-folder but all it contains is a 33kb log of some rating process. I can't find any settings section for Ratings Light either where I could start any back up process. The plugin page of RL points me to a "Various" section. But what is it? Various Artists? Hello, I am glad that the download option seems to be working. However I wondered if you can make sure that no duplicate files are downloaded? On my phone the app just creates a file with ...(1).mp3 at the end. Hi, in ways I don't understand MAI keeps downloading pics of artists that I have no picture of. I don't know why it does that and I don't know where these pics are saved either. Your screenshots show that, on a phone, the design is totally fine. Last night I checked with a tablet where the exact same design does appear slightly inefficient. Hello, could it be that Material Skin retrieves the lyrics from the net despite them being locally stored in the mp3-tags as well? I was under the impression and checked when I could see that the lyrics were characteristically different. I love Squeezelite-X and i wonder if there is a way to copy the tray menu from one pc to another? So I disabled the Music and Artist- and the LastFM-plugin as well as Custom Browse and Custom Scan. This worked wonders. RAM usage of my NAS went from 83% to 60%. LMS is quick and responsive with none of the peaks for both RAM and CPU. The .db-files are also considerably smaller. Thank you. However I really miss the MAI-plugin and I guess the artist pics are consuming the RAM. I wish I could only have the Album Reviews and some sort of Bio this is really what I am after. I love the Material Skin with Lyrics, Bio and Review. As for the other plugins I wonder whether Last.fm is so CPU-intensive but I can do without that. Hi, I have upgraded to LogitechMediaServer-armada375-8.0.0-1588308753.spk on my Synology DS 115. (The package center informs that its v 7.7.6.) However when I activate LMS it always takes some minutes to become active (i.e. it and a player is running but I haven't interacted with LMS yet). During this time the diskstation is always very busy also with indexing files. RAM is above 80% and "volume" and "disk" are approaching 100% busy. While LMS always bears heavily on the RAM it has deteriorated with the newest version. could there be a method to fix this? Thank you all. Oh one more thing: I understand that I might not be getting DSM 7.0 on my Synology DS 115. Hi, I use this wonderful programme on my Win10 Laptop. I recently manually upgraded to version 2.6.12. However much to my surprise I learned that the shortcut in the Windows Start Menu kept pointing to v 2.4.1 and, even more surprisingly, was still working. Can someone explain why this is the case? Shouldn't this entry be pointing to the new version? Do I have to manually delete sth? Hi and thanks for replying. Maybe I should clarify. I have zero problems to pay for apps, I am more than willing to honour good work in this way. However I usually do not have google tablets or phones and so they don't have the play store installed. This excludes for me pretty much every android app. I know Squeeze Player and think it is working fine but I cannot use it. Hi, I am aware of the multitude of Apps available through Google but I have not arrived at an App that I can install on a Google free Tablet. I guess you can simply create a shortcut on the desktop and point this to the IP-address of your LMS. But what about a player? Wasn't there once an official Logitech App? Where has it gone? Hello, I wonder if the 'switch player' plugin will show on the material or classic skin? It is not showing in Squeezelite-x either. Ok, it is working sometimes. I have Telnet opened up on 23 and 9090. I
have the CLI port of SLX set to 3483. Setting it to 9090 results in an
error ('check port number is correct'). I can get it to work when I
manually change the CLI port back and forth between 3483 and 9090.

I did view the log but could not figure out a way to save it. Hi, I have installed this player and while it seems to be fully functional the interface as such keeps reloading so that it is barely usable. This is happening on Windows 10 Pro N 1903 both on my old PC (slow) and my new one (fast). It is a version downloaded from the store. No Chromium browser is installed on the new PC but the old one had Opera and Vivaldi. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ok, so I have downloaded the LogitechMediaServer-armada375-7.9.1-166.0003.spk for my Synology 115. I stop the current version, I shut down players. I stop the running package. I click manual installation, upload package, and select the file destination on my NAS. Before, I have ticked trust every publisher and I have added LMSRepack as package source. So, why doesn't it update? Do I have to do a complete reinstall? Hi I have updated to the latest version but now I cannot access the interface no longer. LMS is running and I have also tried to stop and rerun it. But it does not work. When i try to open it in the Webbrowser nothing appears and the Android App returns 'No connection possible - 408 request timeout' What can I do?
