BREAKING: Rep. Lamar Smith Demands Interview With “Stonetear” aka Paul
Combetta (pdf below)…

Posted on September 20, 2016

by sundance

Hillary Clinton’s IT technician Paul Combetta has been confirmed by all
reasonable inquiry

to
be online user “*stonetear*” as originally discovered by Katica
. The Clinton camp is scrambling and
took the day off today in a transparent attempt to come up with a
coordinated strategy.

Today, the House Science Committee Chairman Lamar Smith is demanding
answers:

[image:
bleach-bit-6-katica]

*(Left) Paul Combetta aka “stonetear”, (Right) Katica*

Specifically, Chairman Smith is demanding an interview with Paul Combetta
to get answers to the myriad of questions which surfaced yesterday as an
outcome of theStonetear discovery

.

Two Platte River Network (PRN) officials Paul Combetta and Bill Thornton,
plead the Fifth Amendment last week when subpoenaed to testify about
Hillary Clinton’s server set-up before the House Oversight Committee.
Originally, Science Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) demanded
transcribed interviews with seven Platte River Networks employees in July
2016, but was rebuffed.

However, yesterdays reports –an outcome of Katica’s research
–
that Combetta was specifically asking for on-line assistance to modify
emails for a “VERY VIP” client prior to extraction from the Platte River
Network server system, have led Representative Smith to demand the
interviews be scheduled by Friday of this week:

View this document on Scribd

“If true, these details raise new questions as to whether Platte River
Networks purposefully defied legal document retention requirements.
Further, it is unclear if the Federal Bureau of Investigation was aware of
these facts at the time of their investigation”.

Chairman Smith wrote the letter above, and sent immediately Monday, to
Platte River Networks attorney Kenneth Eichner. Attorney Eichner, is
refusing to comment on the matter to any media inquiry.

Paul Combetta (stonetear) is currently the subject of a broader House
Oversight investigation on whether Clinton ordered the destruction of
emails that had been subpoenaed by the Benghazi Committee. The evidence of
Combetta seeking assistance to modify federal records

on
July 24th 2014 is a clear indication he was not acting alone.

Hillary Clinton’s attorney’s, who also appear to be representing Combetta’s
personally
,
had previously claimed Combetta was conducting his modification and
deletion activity without any impetus from Hillary Clinton or her immediate
aides.

[…] “As the F.B.I.’s report notes,” Mr. Fallon said, “neither Hillary
Clinton nor her attorneys had knowledge of the Platte River Network
employee’s actions. It appears he acted on his own and against guidance
given by both Clinton’s and Platte River’s attorneys to retain all data in
compliance with a congressional preservation request.” (link

Re: I just want you to know ....

2016-09-20 Thread THE ANNOINTED ONE
I have read some lovely twisted out of context snippets of what Trump
supposedly has said. I have read and or listened to every speech he has
made...

Here is a hint. Trump does not speak "politician" ... he speaks
"contract". For the simple minded that means what he says can not be
chopped into soundbites. The entire section of the speech on the particular
subject has to be taken into account in order to understand the meaning...
not knowing this makes you ignorant, knowing it and posting it anyway makes
you a fucking liar.

The Clinton Foundation encouraged foreign companies to ignore (and break) US patent and intellectual property laws.

2016-09-20 Thread 'Perplexed' via PoliticalForum

And even the New York Times admitted it. I came across this in researching
the recent allegations that the Clinton Foundation used an Indian drug
manufacturer that is prohibited from selling drugs in the US due to its
known horrific lack of quality. This was from 2007:

Clinton Foundation Announces a Bargain* on Generic AIDS Drugs

By CELIA W. DUGGER MAY 9, 2007

Former President Bill Clinton announced yesterday that his foundation had
negotiated deep price reductions for generic versions of costly,
second-line AIDS

drugs needed when the original medicines fail, as well as for less toxic,
easier-to-use first-line medicines combined in a pill that can be taken
once a day.

Standing next to Thailand
’s

health minister, Mr. Clinton also forcefully endorsed recent decisions by
Thailand and Brazil

to break patents held by American pharmaceutical companies that are
charging prices Mr. Clinton described as exorbitant, but that drug company
officials said were reasonable.

“No company will live or die because of high price premiums for AIDS drugs
in middle-income countries, but patients may,” he said.

The new prices would halve the cost of the drugs for better-off developing
countries in Latin America and Asia and cut prices by 25 percent in poor
countries, which were already paying lower prices, the foundation said. The
second-line medicines will be bought with more than $100 million raised by
a group of countries led by France. The improved first-line therapies will
largely be financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and
Malaria and other donors.

Second-line drugs have typically cost about 10 times as much as first-line
therapies. Costs have ballooned in Brazil and Thailand, which began
programs to provide universal access to AIDS treatment years before African
countries did, as patients have developed resistance to generic first-line
treatments and have moved to brand-name second-line drugs.

The Clinton Foundation’s willingness to buy the generic drugs from the
Indian manufacturers Cipla and Matrix will give developing countries
leverage in bargaining with American companies for lower prices on branded
antiretroviral drugs and may embolden some to follow Brazil and Thailand in
overriding patents, AIDS activists said.

But developing countries still have reason to worry about retaliation from
drug companies and trade sanctions by the United States. This year, Abbott
Laboratories, based in Illinois, withdrew new drugs, including those for
high blood pressure

and AIDS, that it had planned to introduce in Thailand until the override
on Abbott’s patent on the second-line drug, Kaletra.

United States trade officials last week put Thailand on a watch list for
countries inadequately safeguarding the intellectual property rights of
American companies, noting the overriding of drug patents.

Tido von Shoen-Angerer, who leads the campaign by Doctors Without Borders
for access to medicines, said he was unsure whether the recent developments
would encourage developing countries to exercise their rights under
international trade rules more freely to make or import generic drugs.

“There’s a strong chilling effect from the U.S. action,” he said.

Drug company officials yesterday strongly defended their policies of
charging better-off developing countries more for AIDS drugs than they did
for poor countries, as well as the role of patents, which give inventor
companies a monopoly on the sale of a drug, in stimulating the development
of new drugs.

Jennifer Smoter, a spokeswoman for Abbott, said patents were needed “to
ensure innovation in the future” but declined to respond to Mr. Clinton’s
comment that “Abbott has been almost alone in its hard-line position here
over what I consider to be a life and death matter.”

Abbott had been charging $2,200 annually per patient for Kaletra in
middle-income developing countries, which include India, China, Brazil and
Ukraine. Last month, it dropped the price to $1,000. The foundation’s new
price for the generic is $695.

Jeffrey L. Sturchio, a vice president at Merck

in New Jersey, says his company strives to balance providing the broadest
possible access to AIDS drugs while maintaining financial incentives to
attract companies to conduct research and development on new drugs.

Has anyone else seen anything on this?

*Subject:* *Fwd: The mystery deepens*

*Date:* September 19, 2016 at 10:16:45 PM EDT
*Subject:* *The mystery deepens*

Note that this facility is listed

*A Presidential candidate collapses at a ceremony in NYC...and is shoved,
unconscious, by SS into a van like a side of beef and rushed off...not to
one of the many world-class hospitals and clinics nearby...but to her
daughter's $11M apartment.*
*Sound odd? It did to me.*
*So I looked up a bit about Chelsea's new apt.*:

THE WHITMAN, 21 EAST 26TH STREET, 4 - FLATIRON DISTRICT, NEW YORK
Real estate listing on her apartment:

http://www.elliman.com/new- york-city/the-whitman-21-east-
26-street-4-manhattan-uehbvqr

*I discovered that it exactly shares an address with*:
METROCARE HOME SERVICES, INC. 21 East 26th Street, 4th Fl New York, NY
10010
SAME address..SAME Floor...only One Apt. per floor.

*For a woman very secretive about her ambiguous medical conditions...whom
avoids hospitals like the plague, it occurred to me that when the Clinton's
bought this incredibly expensive apt. for their daughter in 2013...they may
have also purchased it with the intent of using it as a secret private
medical treatment facility for Hillary to use during her anticipated
campaign.*

*To the press...it would only appear Hillary was just dropping in for a
visit with her daughter...when, in reality, she is receiving medical
treatment and controlled substances from private physicians and private
pharmacists...on private property (no need for disclosure).*

*If so, Chelsea's apt. served it's secret purpose flawlessly this Sunday.*

*It makes sense that to establish a clandestine medical treatment facility
in a residential apartment--one which is legally compliant with the
controlled substances dispensing/stocking/delivery & shipping
requirements...and one which is able to legally supply and treat a private
patient with the drugs needed, one would also have to register the address
as a medical treatment facility.*

*In this case, I would assume the Clinton Foundation would be the
controlling entity.*

*A staff (and private) doctor or pharmacist would then be employed (Hillary
has two) to legally treat the patient, practice medicine within the
confines of the private residence...and dispense drugs to that private
patient without any disclosure.*

*This sham medical facility, while legally registered as a public care
facility...would also have to be closed to the public in order to operate
without any disclosure.*

*THIS is exactly what appears to be taking place at 21 East 26th Street,
4th Fl., New York, NY.*

*Comments*?

obtaining life-sustaining power wheelchairs through Medicare. But, the
Russian mafia? Well, he had me on that one.

“I don’t know anything about the Russian mafia,” I replied. “Again, David,
those of us with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spinal cord injury or
multiple sclerosis have to fight bureaucracy and cutbacks to such a degree
that it takes some a year to get a vital power chair – and even then it’s
often not funded to the fullest extent of technology needed. Medicare’s
policies continue harming those most in need….”

See, all this started when Fahrenthold sought to interview me for a story
he was striving to flesh out for the* Washington Post*. As he put it, “I’m
looking to do a story on people with disabilities defrauding Medicare to
get motorized wheelchairs.”

I took the absurdity of his premise seriously, seeing the interview as an
opportunity to educate him. Of course those of us with disabilities aren’t
looking to defraud anyone. We use our power chairs out of medical
necessity, wishing to live socially-inclusive lives, where obtaining
funding for a power chair is a lengthy, difficult process that, by its
inequitable nature, harms many in need, depriving vital mobility. I
explained that no one chooses disability or wishes to fight lengthy
insurance battles to obtain the mobility needed to pursue education,
family, career or community – it’s among the unjust challenges that often
come with disability. I even explained the medical documentation trail,
required supplier certifications and standards of practice, and why pending
legislation to sustain access for complex rehab technology is vital to my
peers.

“I’ve had cerebral palsy my entire life, and worked in the mobility
industry for 17 years,” I told Fahrenthold. “Never have I met anyone using
a power chair who hasn’t needed it out of medical necessity. It’s simply
illogical to think that those of us with disabilities are defrauding
anyone. To the contrary, we continue struggling to obtain the technology
that allows full social inclusion.”

Fahrenthold became more insistent that those of us with disabilities had to
be defrauding the government to get power chairs, and when I asked what
incentive there was for me or my peers to perpetrate such a supposed crime,
he had no answer.

“If I offered you a free power chair, would you take it?” I asked.

“No,” he replied.

“Why not?” I asked.

“I don’t need one,” he said.

“Exactly,” I replied.

He paused, then stated, “But, I’m not a crook.”

No, Fahrenthold wasn’t a crook, but he wasn’t being an ethical journalist,
either. He continued pressing me to somehow say something that would
substantiate that those of us with disabilities are defrauding the
government to get power wheelchairs. It was at that point that he asked me
to explain the Russian mafia.

Now, my back story is intriguing, but the whole story gets more disturbing
for those of us with disabilities. On August 16, 2014, the *Washington
Post* ran
Fahrenthold’s story, the headline reading, “A medicare scam that just kept
rolling: The government has paid billions to buy power wheelchairs. It has
no idea how many of the claims are bogus.”

And, neither does Fahrenthold. He interviewed me and several other
advocate-experts who told him the truth and reality of

A grand jury in Harris County, Texas, voted to indict in a state
investigation of Planned Parenthood. But it didn't indict the reproductive
rights organization. In an unexpected turn, the grand jury indicted two
anti-abortion activists

from the Center for Medical Progress. That is the organization that
famously last year released videos that it said depicted Planned Parenthood
illegally trying to sell fetal body parts.

The videos served as a major rallying point for Americans opposed to
abortion. They fueled a threat to shut down the government as well as a
push in several states to cut funding to Planned Parenthood.

They also inspired a wave of investigations. After the videos' release last
summer, a number of states quickly decided to look into whether the tissue
sale the videos purported to show was happening within their borders.

Despite all the worry, state investigations have yet to find any evidence
that Planned Parenthood was selling or profiting off fetal tissue. Twelve
states have completed investigations into Planned Parenthood following the
videos' release, according to the organization.

Here's what happened in each of those cases:

*Florida *

In July 2015, Florida Republican Gov. Rick Scott ordered a state
investigation to see whether Planned Parenthood was "selling body parts,"
Politico
Florida reported

at the time. On Aug. 5, the agency investigating the clinics released its
findings, saying that none of the state's Planned Parenthood sites had been

selling tissue or body parts. However, the investigation did find that one
clinic out of Florida's 16 wasn't correctly keeping its records of fetal
remains. In addition, three were found to have been performing
second-trimester abortions while only being licensed to perform abortions
in the first trimester, according to Politico
.

Planned Parenthood disputed this, arguing that the state had changed the
rules on how it measured the first trimester, as Reuters reported.

Though it briefly looked like the state and Planned Parenthood agreed on
the issue, Politico reported, the organization was fined in September 2015

.

*Georgia*

Republican Gov. Nathan Deal on July 16, 2015
,

asked the state's Departments of Community Health and Public Health to
investigate whether Planned Parenthood was engaging in the "horrific
practice" that the CMP's videos claimed to depict. On Aug. 13, the
Department of Public Health reported that all five of the clinics had
"proper procedures in place for burial or internment of [fetal] remains,"
as NPR member station WABE

reported.

*Indiana*

In July 2015, Republican Gov. Mike Pence asked

the state Department of Health to investigate the state's Planned
Parenthood clinics, to see whether they were engaging in any sale of fetal
tissue, local TV station WTHR reported. Weeks later, the department said it
had "concluded there was no evidence of this type of activity" at three
Planned Parenthood facilities in the state, as the Indianapolis Star
reported

.

*Kansas*

On July 21, 2015, Republican Gov. Sam Brownback asked his state's Board of
Healing Arts "to address the issue of sale of tissue and organs from the
unborn" at Planned Parenthood facilities, the Topeka Capital-Journal
reported
.

This month, the board said it had "determined no further action would be
taken at this time," per the Associated Press

.

*Massachusetts*

On July 17, 2015, Republican state Rep. James Lyons sent a letter to
Democratic state Attorney General Maura Healey, asking her to launch an
investigation into whether Planned Parenthood was participating in fetal
tissue sales like those the CMP video purported to show, as the

On Your Way to the Camps, I Just Want You to Know…
(What follows is satire written in the voice of a character. The views of
that character are not shared by the author. This note provided in case
that’s not completely flipping obvious.)

I don’t have anything against Muslims or immigrants, and I didn’t believe
him when he said he would round you all up and send you out of the country.
I thought he’d stop at the national registry.

I was just tired of the two party system controlling our country and I felt
like the Democrats were putting up yet another career politician who was
pretending to care about “average people,” who would just say anything to
get elected. And I’d read a lot of stuff about her emails and her charity
and it all was just clear evidence that she is yet another corporate shill
masquerading as a liberal. I just couldn’t will myself to vote for her and
so I voted Stein. She’s from the Green Party, and it’s time we make a
change.

And I remember thinking that might have been a mistake on the week they
opened the national registry, and they started making you carry ID cards
and wearing special badges on your clothes if you weren’t one of the people
who dressed like a typical Muslim (for a while they thought all of you wore
scarves, or turbans or those little beanie things).

And I remember how surprised I was when they made people who were legal
Mexicans wear special badges too to prevent the deportation squads from
wasting time checking their papers. I have a lot of friends with Mexican
last names who have to wear their citizenship license pin and carry their
papers now, even though they’re fifth generation American — further back
than me. It’s a pain in the ass, but most days no one bothers them.

My point is, I know it’s been especially hard for you Muslims and I’m sorry
about that. I was pretty sure the Supreme Court would block him from doing
any of this. I thought the very idea was so un-American there was no way
he’d get away with it. But once he packed the court, they found it was
legal, so, what’s to be done? It is American now.

I remember when Clinton was speaking out against the registry. A lot of us
showed up in Washington to protest against it — see, I didn’t abandon you
completely — and she was there. And standing there on the Mall, listening
to her, it occurred to me… I couldn’t stand her voice, honestly. That
cackle of a laugh. I hated her old-lady face, which reminded me so much of
my mother’s — and I had a complicated relationship with my mother.

So, on your way to the camps, I want you to know that I just couldn’t get
myself to vote for that woman because I hated everything about her. I’m
sorry you’re going to have to live in a detention center for a while, but
her voice, you’ll have to agree, is really irritating. Hopefully they let
you out in two to three years when we figure this all out, like he promised.
On Your Way to Prison for That Miscarriage, I Just Want You to Know…

I didn’t really take seriously that he would add criminal punishments for
abortions, like he said he would, or that he would back the “life begins at
conception,” movement in your state. When they started opening inquests
after every miscarriage and arresting women for suspicious womb activities,
I thought maybe I’d made a mistake, but at the end of the day, there’s
nothing I can do about how awful you people in the South and the Midwest
are. If you want to live in a place where you have rights, just save up
some of your Wal-Mart paychecks and move to California.

You see, I’m tired of politics as usual and I refuse to be held hostage by
the two party system any longer. I feel like this country needed a new
direction, a real shake up. I mean, I didn’t vote for the guy myself, but I
understand why people did, and as for me, I wanted to see some real change
happen in this country and I got my wish. I don’t have a womb and won’t
ever be arrested for suspicious activities inside of it, but I really do
empathize with you that this is the kind of change we can do without.

On the other hand, we’ve started construction on the wall.

Anyway, I want you to know that I needed to express my frustration with the
political system and with the choices we were presented with by the
corporate oligarchy and it’s not my fault you’ve been imprisoned. You
likely should have been more careful. I know they banned birth control in
your state, but maybe you should have ordered some online from Canada, you
know? Or just not had sex. I mean, I’m as sex-positive as the next guy, but
you knew the potential consequences.
On Your Way to Your Court Martial, I Just Want You to Know…

I appreciate that you refused to follow the order to indiscriminately bomb
that village. I’ve always felt sorry for people who have to serve in our
military — I mean, I get that for someone like you, it’s a way out of
poverty. We both know that you were forced into serving in the military

Weld quit the MA governorship to accept an appointment as Ambassador to
Mexico by Clinton. (His candidacy was blocked in the Senate.) He's a
quitter and a drunk. If he despises Trump then that's a positive for Trump
in my book. Weld is also a statist and a serious disappointment as a
libertarian. His rhetoric as Johnson's running mate offers many examples.

If this is true--and given his closeness to the Clintons and his penchant
for quitting, it might well be--then my estimation of him has sunk another
notch. Didn't think it was possible.

Journalist Carl Bernstein stirred speculation Sunday about Libertarian vice
presidential nominee Bill Weld quitting the race if his candidacy was
helping to fuel a Donald Trump win.

In a Twitter post Bernstein said Weld could be "hero — instead of a [Ralph]
Nader" if he followed through.

Later on CNN's *"Reliable Sources,"
*Bernstein, the author of *"A
Woman In Charge: The Life of Hillary Rodham Clinton,"
*said
Weld "despises Trump."

"I think that Bill Weld … is thinking about dropping out of this race if it
looks like he and Gary Johnson might get Donald Trump elected," he said.

"Weld despises Trump. I don't think he's made up his mind, but it's
certainly a point if it looks like that it would… go help Hillary Clinton.
So stay tuned on that."

Earlier in the program, Libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson made
no mention of calling it quits, and instead *touted their independent
campaign.
*

"We're the only third party candidates on the ballot the in all 50
states," he said. "Fifty percent of Americans when they go to register to
vote are saying that they are independent. Where is that representation?
Well, it's Bill Weld and myself."

The Clintons' Terror Pardons

By

Debra Burlingame

Updated Feb. 12, 2008 12:01 a.m. ET

It was nearly 10 p.m. on New Year's Eve, 1982. Two officers on New York
Police Department's elite bomb squad rushed to headquarters at One Police
Plaza, where minutes earlier an explosion had destroyed the entrance to the
building. Lying amid the carnage was Police Officer Rocco Pascarella, his
lower leg blasted off.

"He was ripped up like someone took a box cutter and shredded his face,"
remembered Detective Anthony Senft, one of the bomb-squad officers who
answered the call 25 years ago. "We really didn't even know that he was a
uniformed man until we found his weapon, that's how badly he was injured."

About 20 minutes later, Mr. Senft and his partner, Richard Pastorella, were
blown 15 feet in the air as they knelt in protective gear to defuse another
bomb. Detective Senft was blinded in one eye, his facial bones shattered,
his hip severely fractured. Mr. Pastorella was blinded in both eyes and
lost all the fingers of his right hand. A total of four bombs exploded in a
single hour on that night, including at FBI headquarters in Manhattan and
the federal courthouse in Brooklyn.

The perpetrators were members of Armed Forces of National Liberation, FALN
(the Spanish acronym), a clandestine terrorist group devoted to bringing
about independence for Puerto Rico through violent means. Its members waged
war on America with bombings, arson, kidnappings, prison escapes, threats
and intimidation. The most gruesome attack was the 1975 Fraunces Tavern
bombing in Lower Manhattan. Timed to go off during the lunch-hour rush, the
explosion decapitated one of the four people killed and injured another 60.

FALN bragged about the bloodbath, calling the victims "reactionary
corporate executives" and threatening: "You have unleashed a storm from
which you comfortable Yankees can't escape." By 1996, the FBI had linked
FALN to 146 bombings and a string of armed robberies -- a reign of terror
that resulted in nine deaths and hundreds of injured victims.

On Aug. 7, 1999, the one-year anniversary of the U.S. African embassy
bombings that killed 257 people and injured 5,000, President Bill Clinton
reaffirmed his commitment to the victims of terrorism, vowing that he "will
not rest until justice is done." Four days later, while Congress was on
summer recess, the White House quietly issued a press release announcing
that the president was granting clemency to 16 imprisoned members of FALN.
What began as a simple paragraph on the AP wire exploded into a major
controversy.

Mr. Clinton justified the clemencies by asserting that the sentences were
disproportionate to the crimes. None of the petitioners, he stated, had
been directly involved in crimes that caused bodily harm to anyone. "For
me," the president concluded, "the question, therefore, was whether their
continuing incarceration served any meaningful purpose."

His comments, including the astonishing claim that the FALN prisoners were
being unfairly punished because of "guilt by association," were widely
condemned as a concession to terrorists. Further, they were seen as an
outrageous slap in the face of the victims and a bitter betrayal of the
cops and federal law enforcement officers who had put their lives on the
line to protect the public and who had invested years of their careers to
put these people behind bars. The U.S. Sentencing Commission affirmed a
pre-existing Justice Department assessment that the sentences, ranging from
30 to 90 years, were "in line with sentences imposed in other cases for
similar terrorist activity."

The prisoners were convicted on a variety of charges that included
conspiracy, sedition, violation of the Hobbes Act (extortion by force,
violence or fear), armed robbery and illegal possession of weapons and
explosives -- including large quantities of C-4 plastic explosive, dynamite
and huge caches of ammunition. Mr. Clinton's action was opposed by the FBI,
the Bureau of Prisons, the U.S. attorney offices that prosecuted the cases
and the victims whose lives had been shattered. In contravention of
standard procedures, none of these agencies, victims or families of victims
were consulted or notified prior to the president's announcement.

"I know the chilling evidence that convicted the petitioners," wrote
Deborah Devaney, one of the federal prosecutors who spent years on the
cases. "The conspirators made every effort to murder and maim. . . . A few
dedicated federal agents are the only people who stood in their way."

Observed Judge George Layton, who sentenced four FALN defendants for their
conspiracy to use military-grade explosives to break an FALN leader from
Ft. Leavenworth Penitentiary and detonate bombs at other public buildings,
"[T]his case . . . represents one of the finest examples of preventive law
enforcement that has ever come to this court's attention in the 20-odd
years it has been a judge

Outbreaks of leprosy, active TB, and hand, foot & mouth disease

When President Obama said he would fundamentally transform America, who
could have guessed it meant that exotic diseases and once-vanquished
illnesses would break out across the county?

The Zika virus, which we have been following closely, is increasing its
footprint within our country. Florida Governor Rick Scott just announced
that the Zika virus transmission zone in Miami Beach has tripled in size
.

The new zone was set after the Department of Health identified five people,
two males and three females, in the area who all experienced Zika symptoms
within one month of one another.

The virus poses a particular threat to pregnant woman due to its link with
neurological disorders in unborn children.

It brings the total of nontravel-related Zika cases in Miami Beach to 35.

When was the last time you heard about leprosy, also known as Hansen’s
disease, which is a devastating bacterial infection that mostly occurs in
poverty-sticken regions of the world? Now, a California school has reported

two as yet unconfirmed cases among its student body.

Two elementary school children in Riverside County could have Hansen’s
disease, also known as leprosy, according to health officials.

Nursing staff at Indian Hills Elementary School in Jurupa Valley notified
county officials Friday of the suspected infections, which will take
several weeks to officially confirm, said Barbara Cole, director for
disease control for the Riverside County Department of Public Health.

“We have to keep stressing it’s not confirmed,” Cole said. “We’re just at
the beginning of the investigation.”

Jurupa Unified School District officials sent a letter home to parents
Friday to inform them about the unconfirmed cases and provide resources to
learn more about the rare disease, said district Supt. Elliott Duchon.

Duchon said a parent notified the school’s nursing staff of a preliminary
diagnosis of Hansen’s disease for a student at the school. He would not say
whether the two suspected cases were in the same family.

But elementary school kids aren’t the only ones at risk in this strange,
new world of infectious diseases. Florida State University is reporting
that 22 of its scholars
have
come down with hand, foot and mouth disease.

A university official told NBC News that as of Friday afternoon, there have
been 22 total cases of hand, foot and mouth disease — a highly contagious
virus in which sores develop in the mouth, and a skin rash with blisters
appears on the hands and soles of the feet.

“I’m thinking we’ve got probably one more little spike [in cases], then
hopefully it will have worn itself out,” said Lesley Sacher, executive
director of university health services at the Tallahassee school.

Florida isn’t the only state struggling to address public health crises.
Nineteen refugees were diagnosed with active tuberculosis (TB) in Michigan
between 2011 and 2016

.

One of these nineteen refugees, an Iraqi who arrived in the United States
in June 2015 with latent TB infection, was diagnosed with active TB in
March 2016, according to the Oakland County Department of Health and Human
Services.

Five of the nineteen refugees were diagnosed with active TB at the time of
their initial domestic medical screening, which usually takes place within
90 days of arrival. Fourteen were diagnosed subsequent to their initial
domestic screening, but within five years of their arrival.

Perhaps that is now why GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump is now
surging in Michigan

to the point he’s in a virtual tie with Hillary Clinton in this
battleground state.

There certainly has been change in the quality of public health during the
Obama administration. Let’s hope the next president can fix this situation.

Trump’s surge in the polls and keep Hillary propped up (literally). There
seems to be some movement among blacks toward Trump. A five or ten percent
shift in the black vote toward Trump would be significant.

When things begin to go south for Democrats, they play the race card.
Claiming that President Obama might not have been born in the United States
is a “race card” issue. Trump raised it in 2011. This forced Hawaiian
authorities to release a copy of Obama’s birth certificate, although it was
not a copy of the original.

It’s obvious from the historical record that Trump did not originate the
birther issue. It was floating around before he took up the quest for the
truth.

>From what we know, and the media are not reporting, the birther subject was
spawned in the bowels of the Clinton campaign. Did Hillary personally
promote it? Probably not. It was done by surrogates so she could claim
plausible deniability. “Who me?” She had and has her “buffers” like all
crime families do. The following scene is from the *Godfather II* Senate
hearing:

Here is some of what we know:

“[Ben Smith and Byron Tau] detailed in a lengthy four-page-long
investigation how in April 2008, when Clinton was slipping in her battle
against Obama for the Democratic nomination for the presidency, ‘Clinton
supporters’—as they say—circulated an anonymous email chain that pushed the
theory.

“‘Barack Obama’s mother was living in Kenya with his Arab-African father
late in her pregnancy. She was not allowed to travel by plane then, so
Barack Obama was born there and his mother then took him to Hawaii to
register his birth,’ the email that Clinton supporters circulated read.”

“Those anonymous people were hardly the only ones. In fact, as Joshua Green
reported

in
*The Atlantic* in August 2008, a March 19, 2007 strategy memo from longtime
Clinton adviser Mark Penn proves that the Clinton campaign itself was
pushing the conspiracy theory. Penn, in the memo, advocated that Clinton
target Obama’s ‘lack of American roots.’” (Breitbart

)

I suggest that you read the entire Breitbart article to see how Hillary’s
2008 presidential campaign was knee-deep in the suggestion that Obama was
not born in the United States and his “lack of American roots.”1

But the birther issue goes back further – to 1991. Joseph Farah of WND
asks, “Who Was the First ‘Birther’?
”

“Trump was hardly the first ‘birther.’ Neither was I. Nor was my colleague
Jerome Corsi. And neither was Hillary Clinton.

“That honor belongs to one person and one person alone – Barack Obama.”

How is this possible?

“Obama went to extreme lengths to conceal his past. And, indeed, if he
*was* born
in the U.S. and *was* eligible to serve as president, he certainly did his
best to create the mystery that led to the question being asked.

“Years earlier, he billed himself as having been born in Kenya.

“Maybe he thought it was a sexy way to sell books, get a foreign student
scholarship, attract women – who knows?

“But it’s a fact that he boasted about it.” (WND
)

The evidence? It comes from a short bio that was “used by Barack Obama’s
literary agency beginning in 1991 and ending in 2007 – the year he declared
his candidacy for president.” Here’s the first sentence of the opening
paragraph (Breitbart

):

“Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law
Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”

Even Snopes
says it’s true. The editor of the short biography states that it “was a
simple mistake and nothing more” to say that Obama was born in Kenya. I’ll
take him at his word. But it remains a fact that there was a biography from
a “client list Acton & Dystel published in 1991” that states that Obama was
born in Kenya that remained unquestioned until 2007. Obama himself had 16
years to disavow the information and call for a correction. It would have
been unusual for a literary agency not to send a copy of the bio to Obama
for his approval. Are we to believe that in 16 years in
