When I try to run a GDAL tool, I get a command not found error. I see no way
to configure where to find the GDAL tools. I do see in the python code for
processing that it references a /GdalTools/gdalPath setting if it doesn't find
it bundled.

I can say that gdalwarp IS installed - it's in the GDAL framework. I installed
the plugin and it didn't complain. I don't know what to do with the plugin to
see if it fails when running it.
My guess is that it needs a configuration option to be
