for it. If it is not in the log it can hardly be your problem.

If you can not find anything in your logs, I will tell the sending party 
that they have to "prove" that it is your server that has denied the 
mail. You currently deny that the email has been offered to your server.


It is not to mix jurisprudence into the case but solely to find the real 
cause of the error.

Hi Remo,

  Yes, My domain DNS is working fine.

Only a few domain emails are not delivered to our email client and the log
is showing like above.

Is dns still working? This will check the domain dns records so I would go that 
route and see.

Hi Friends,

We are trying to install a fortigate firewall on our network to protect
email servers.
Our email server was configured on a private ip and one to one NAT map in
the firewall.
After setup firewall, firewall team to put private dns like firewall router
ip in server.
We are unable to receive emails after configuring router ip and our isp dns
ip in our server.

Sample below for smtp log /var/log/qmail/smtp/current

CHKUSER accepted sender: from  remote

rcpt <> : sender accepted

Empty showing in rcpt<>

After the fallback firewall it is working fine like rcp  found
an existing recipient and got delivered.

my tcp.smtp below
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",RBLSMTPD="",NOP0FCHECK="1"

Appreciate any one who helps me.

Hi Friends,

I cannot receive an email from one of the domain/sender, which i checked
the maillog is showing below message.

Jun 25 15:40:06 mail spamdyke[25514]: TIMEOUT from: u...@xxx.com to:
(unknown) origin_ip: xxx.xxx.xx.xx origin_rdns: xxx.xxx.com auth: (unknown)
encryption: TLS reason:TIMEOUT

The user also send the bounce message like above.

Is this for our server or user server.

I have allowed whitelist ip,rdns,sender,recipient and iptables of the user
ip and domain.

Anyone can help me where is the exact issue and how to rectify if it's in
our server.

Appreciate anyone help me.

Do you know what their DNS servers are, could be a DNS issue?

Do you have any devices in front of your server?
