Yep, this is quite common for many of us Quads in the winter months...I keep a
bed buddy neck wrap handy that I heat up in the microwave and that helps me a
lot, I also keep a plug in heater in my room that I has 2 buttons, on for lower
heat or both on for higher, that comes in handy also.. Dan
Yep, Larry...at night my sleeping has been rough, neck,shoulders and mid spine
area kills me...I always seem to do much worse in the winter/cold & rainy
