Also, one other question. I see alot of windows 8 Toshibas on EBay and they

As for specs I prefer Dell with a SSD drive. SSD makes your PC fly!

Karen,
Same as Dan has said, except my dev laptop is by HP; my first SSD about 4

Looks like SSD is the way to go, huh? I'm gong to zip over to Best Buy and
see what they have. Wonder if they have SSDs in stock.
Glad to hear windows 10 shouldn't be an issue. I'd like to get windows 8
again, but if I"m buying new why get an already "old" OS I guess
Karen
You will be more happier with windows 10. It is a refined windows 8 imho.

Warranty stories fall into four categories:
1. Never had one, never needed one;
2. Had one, didn't need it;
3. Had one, sure glad I did;
3. Didn't have one, sure wish I did.
Applies to trucks and RVs, too.

Easy to upgrade but costs like 99 bucks. Cheaper to get it with if possible.

I would suggest upgrading to Pro. You can do more with pro. I would also
suggest upgrading and applying all patches before loading any programs. Just
makes life a little easier.
