My understanding was it's a bit of bike-to-parts consolidation. I'm torn
because the standover is good for me (I prefer more to less), but the tt
length is a tossup. I've ridden 55/56 with sweptback bars, which worked;
and 54/55 with drops that needed a shorter stem. Theoretically this would

A trailer brings its own set of load-bearing wheels, which a bike seat does
not. The hitch is the only contact with your bike. It puts pressure on your
chain stays, but I have hauled two kids, picnic lunch, etc, clamped to the back
of a steel Bianchi with far less robustness than your Hilsen.
