If it were me, I would probably choose between the racks Riv sells. If I
was going to use the rear rack as a saddlebag support and random whatever
items, I would go with the Pletscher. If I was going to run full panniers,

blug it appears they've added a lower braze-on a couple inches north of the
dropout which I assume would work for a rack stay. This would effectively bring
the rack inboard, accounting for the longer stays.

That's a strange and curious pattern for sure. Curious as I feel that big gap
would be a very common and popular size for the average sized male (5'9-6'1).
What is a good amount of stand over anyway? If the 59 Clem with 700x60's has an
88cm stand over and I have a 90 pbh in bare feet, I think
