The VO hub is a good option. The White Industries T11 is another - although more expensive. Ben's Cycles has the silver campy version for about $240. Ben's also has a Miche hub set with a Campy rear - don't know anything about that set but might be worth research. You could run a Shimergo

Rear axle Over Locknut Diameter (OLD) is 130 mm for the San Marcos. The Tiagra rear hub would fit the frame, but the freehub won't support a Campagnolo cassette. The Velo Orange Gran Cru rear hub is available in 130 mm OLD and a Campagnolo freehub body, for $160. I'm very happy with mine.
