Mike,
Mark his buddy Graham were rolling with the snakeskin's. But yeah they're
race tires not originally designed for loaded touring. I'm bummed to hear
how they didn't hold up, still gonna ride with em, even though Mark's
experience...at least for now.

Mark Reimers buddy on the OOB slashed a TB. Still waiting to hear which
version he was running. The weight savings was so nominal I chose puncture

big slashes halfway through the
tread and the knobs are showing signs of tearing. These tires roll so
nicely but seem to be too soft for loaded gnarly road touring. Full report
to come...

Doug,
It has me really looking at all online platforms, what I've noticed is that
they all have extensive user agreements (written obviously by lawyers) that
remove them from having any liability whatsoever. You can't use a site
unless you sign the user agreement. In this whole mess I accept that
a Chase bank account,
which I don't, but might consider if I sold stuff more regularly online.
But I think it only works with checking acounts:

I too found the same in regards to shipping. I now just go to my local USPS
where I get an accurate cost. Apparently, UPS FedEx have add on fees that
they don't add on when you calculate shipping cost through their online
system. I called both carriers and the fee's were out of delivery area??
Well David has plenty of bikes for the boy to grow into! Besides riding
other bikes is in of it self learning to appreciate Rivendell's.

David,
I think Jeffery nailed it. For my Hilsen the Cazadero's are pretty much it.
I think the R's are a mm too large. Waiting on a set of Cazadero's to
mount soon. I wish there were more options but as Jeffery said above the
