Persimmon Pudding
This unusual pudding comes from Cindy M., whose grandmother used to make a
huge batch every Thanksgiving using ripe persimmons from her backyard in
Clark
County, Illinois. That was the only persimmon pudding Cindy had ever
seen--until she spotted a
4 Layer Sin
1 stick butter
1 Cup flour
1 Cup chopped pecans, plus 1/4 Cup extra nuts for garnish
8-oz cream cheese, softened
2 Cups Cool-Whip(r)
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 large of 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
2 Cups milk
1/4 Cup chocolate chips (optional)
Bottom Layer
Melt butter,

¼ lb of mushrooms, chopped.
3 cups of chicken broth.
1 cup of brown rice.
4 tablespoons of onion, chopped.
2 tablespoons of butter.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
