leaks and identify and solve performance issues. If the candidate

Per the manager: QA candidates need to have complex SQL queries, understand 
structure of how a database is put together, scenario questions, thought 
process how think things through is important, what kind of database testing 
used in the past, about 50% of people on board have financial experience

18 month tenure

“Server types” are not a good fit, need more business savvy, a “people’s
