While Accessing ReviewBoard, its just displaying directory Structure

Hi, I installed review board on my ubuntu machine. I followed steps mentions on review board website. Now If I disabled default site, its displaying Error message "Bad Request(400)" and if i do not disable, its displaying directory structure. I restarted apache server as well as memcached too.
