Hello,
Does anyone know how I
can modify the Update.html page so no emails are sent when you select the
Resolve link? I want to turn off the emails because then I can create a
template (OnResolve) that sends an email to the requestor with the solution
description and avoid that the
Emails are sent via/by the scrips and not the html pages ..
possible you need to modify your correspondence scrip not to send
anything if status = resolved

Basically, at least with my mod_perl based install, it was doing 15+

I fixed that in two ways.

Hi Duncan,
Sounds funny, i have the same problem since 3 Day, my RT is also 3.4.4 at
this moment and we are running this since 1 Year very stable. Have you
already an idea? I found something in google that told me to update
MIME::Tools, but this is actual at my system.
Any Ideas? Hints?
Thanks
I found that I had to install gd-devel, libpng-devel, and libjpeg-devel
(this may have been for another app I'm working with) before I could get
GD and GD::Graph installed properly. CentOS 4.2.

As I remember one of users reported that shredder deletes 500 records
from different tables of his DB for four tickets only. Really the

Hello everyone,
we have installed RT 3.0.12 (yeah - quite old, but we need it for
RTIR1.0.6) onto a fresh perl 5.8.8 and mysql 5.0.22 (self compiled) on
Solaris 10.
The vanilla installation (just RT3 - no configuration done) gives the

I'd also run into the problem and mentioned it on the list. I offered a

You didn't saw what version of 3.4. Shall I assume 3.4.0? In 3.4.4,

Hello all!
I'm running RT, v 3.6.0 on RHEL ES v4.
I'm setting up this RT instance to authenticiate users through my
University's web-based authenticiation system, then give them limited
access so they can create tickets.
Long story short, my goal is to not allow (unprivleged) users to

I think I know the answer to this, but I want to make sure.
I'm going to have to set up a new queue that will be restricted to a small
set of privileged users. But I currently have most rights assigned
globally, to a small set of groups,
Mike,
As far as i know, you hit it already. We have 50 Queues. Because we
want so many of them to be run independently, we have very few Global
rights and grant most of the privileges at the Queue level. Initially,
we had a lot of overlap and redundancy so it took alot of work to do it

That I can't help with. I used Fedora Core 5 with RT v3.6.0. I know

On the Wiki page ManualApprovals, when talking about the %Tickets hash
it neglects to mention that the template id (===Create-Ticket: myid)
will actually be create-myid for Created tickets, update-myid for
Update-Ticket, etc as opposed to just myid. This is in RT 3.6.0. Is
this a new behavior or
