[rt-users] Update Ticket Returns: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

When I comment on a ticket in RT 3.8.7, then hit the Update Ticket button, the browser displays Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. I then have to hit the back button to get back into RT. The update does stick to the database. What is the fix for this???
