Hi, The diag seems to indicate that the machine is busy. This is often because a lot of the imageClass machines require it to be put in "remote scanning mode" in order to scan off it. I believe in this case, you press SCAN on the machine, and select "Remote Scanner" from the menu. Cheers, Ralph
