Go to www.google.com and look up Xteq systems. Go there. Download the program - its free. I had the same problem. You have to go to Start/Run and type msconfig. Then go to Startup. Then uncheck the offending file. Then use Xteq to clear out the language in the Startup menu. Then go to Start/FindFi
