Cs does not work on all molds. It does, in my experience, work on the black mildew that grows on my outdoor cement structures, but not on hairy molds. My house is in the woods, and there is enough moisture around for me to have had the chance to try it out plenty on molds. I find bleach works

Well, to update on this story: He has reduced coffee to 4 cups a day, taking 10ppm CS and 60mg CoQ10 per day. The rash took less than 2 weeks to clear up completely. Had quite a few headaches and hot flushes, but I imagine that that was some kind of a detox. Oh yes, he also used Tea Tree Oil
