My experience--I started using CS to brush my teeth. After a while my teeth began to turn brownish. I went back to rotating toothpaste, baking soda, and soap. .But while the discoloration was happening, adding a few drops of peroxide (not much, 2 drops per ounce I think it was), stopped it.
