I avoid all sea salt that has any anti-caking additives however benign.
Anti-caking additives let the salt flow and not lump up.
My least expensive good sea salt is from Frontier Naturals out of Iowa. The
fine grind has additives...I get only the coarse version because no

When I got my Mag oil, already made, I put it on my face. And oh yeah, did it
burn and face turned beet red.
Washed it off immediately. Since then have been using it on feet and ankles
morning and nite. Still get leg cramps tho. Will buy from the source below and
also look for an internal pill.
I dilute my mag oil with 50% pure water. No stinging at all this way

Hi,
If you have night time leg cramps you could try putting a bar of soap or two
into your bed. Wrapped is OK. It may not work for everyone all the time but
most of the people I recommend it to are happy with it. If you still get an
occasional leg cramp just put a bar of the soap (wrapped is

I, too use the bar of soap between my sheet and mattress pad. Also, if the

I've heard this before so it's been around for a while. I don't have any
cramps, but it's a good thing to know and remember. I was just curious as
to if a certain brand was needed, but apparently not. Must be the basic
compound of all bar soaps that does the trick.

Thanks for sharing these sources. With shipping it comes to about $30 for 5
lbs. I wasn't sure I'd use the stuff so I ended up buying 400gm on ebay for
about $11.50; if I like it I'll go for the 5lbs next.
Anyone have any suggestions on how much oil to spread on the skin each day?

My family has used this with success for restless legs. I have heard any soap except Dove and Dial is OK .

Glad you said this, cuz Dove is the one I use for bathing and intended to use
in the bed.
Anxious to try this and see if it works for me as well.

Possible theory. Leg cramps are caused by xenoestrogens. These are

I just read an article where Pete Egoscue(?) had a knee pain sufferer walk
around with her hands behind her head for awhile and the knee pain went
away. Those with knee pain might want to look into one of his books.

Yes, a bar of 'soap' not a bar of detergent.
I don't put it under the sheets. I like to feel it up against my body. I have
often taken the bars of soap from a hotel because they are thin and I can lie
on them if my back is in spasm. The thing to remember is they are for 'spasm'
not 'pain'.
I like it in the bed, not under the sheets. I also carry one in my purse. I
think it is an energetic thing.
Someone just told me about 'Peri-gum' for the teeth thing.

I haven't ordered my beads yet but plan to do that soon. Does it hurt to leave
the beads in the water for a period of time that you aren't consuming? Also,
can you use this water to mix with other ingredients to make flavored drinks or
does it need to stay pure? If you don't have RO water
