My father-in-law had Rapport installed on his top range iMac and it reduced to a crawl. NatWest didn't want to know, and Trusteer, an IBM subsidiary, didn't respond to him either. Removed Rapport and, lo, iMac restored to normality. I do all my banking, First Direct, via an iOS device, as I ca
