One other thing you should be aware of in these new versions is tag
sensitivity has been tightened up. Things MUST match up, very case
sensitive, spaces, etc. If you have splits in albums and the like, make
sure your artists, album title, etc. are EXACT.

I downloaded when it was first released and had no trouble with Avast.
Tried again after seeing your post and got your same error. Went to
virus chest in Avast, right clicked file and submitted to the virus lab.
You can exclude it using that same right click menu. Hopefully Avast

How do you know it didn't save your password? That field always shows as

Does the PC have a static IP address? Have you tried power cycling the
Duet and controller when you switch OS's? Have you tried resetting and

I use Avast as my AV with Defender disabled. Avast doesn't detect any
problem with your stated version of 7.9.1. It's most likely a false
positive. If you can submit suspect products to Defender like you can
with Avast, I'd submit and then the Defender folks can evaluate it.

I've installed this and think I've found a bug. Using the WebUI I go to

This may or may not be of use. When you go into the library by Genre
using the webUI the last option in the list of Artists is "All Albums"
which then lists all albums in that Genre by the sort method specified
from the selection button at the bottom left of the WebUI window.

Go into Settings -> Basic Settings tab. What does it show in the "Media
Folders" for your music folder? Sometimes when a drive is removed and
then re-plugged it may get a different drive letter than it had
previously. Verify that what you have specified here matches what

The Advanced -> something (!) is on the dropdown menu of the Advanced
tab select Performance and there is an item for max playlist size. Can't
answer your other question on whether you need your NAS or not. LMS will

I thought with both LMS servers active you bring up the WebGUI on the
target server you want to move the player to and click the player drop
down and it will show the players on the other server. You then select
the player you want to move and you will be promted saying something
like the player
I think you can do exactly what you want. In LMS go to Settings in the
WebUI. From there select the Player tab then in the drop down select the
specific player (this is a per player setting) In the dropdown to the
right of the player dropdown select Additional Browse Modes then make
sure the All
Because MS apparently doesn't have the skill to write a proper web
browser Microsoft has announced that the core of the Edge browser is
being changed to the Chromium engine. This should be available sometime
in the next year and will probably fix the current Edge issue with the
LMS WebUI.
This is a known problem. Works fine in Chrome and will again work fine
in Edge once MS finishes their migration to the Chromium engine for
Edge. I'm using the Dev/Beta Edge version with the Chromium engine and
it works fine.

I think you can do this by editing the "server.prefs" file. There should
be an entry
httpport: 9000
This should fix your LMS web server.

Just installed the new Edge developer version and LMS WebUI and also
Material skin are working just fine. Funny what happens when MS decides
to use the Chromium engine in their "flagship" browser. ;-)

I don't believe LMS itself supports those tags. You can check to see if
one of the Erland plugins supports those. If not I don't think you'll be
able to use those tags in LMS.

Just a thought here... You can use any controller to control any player.
For instance if you have a Pie player hooked up to the stereo you can
control it from a web browser on a PC or an app on your phone like
Orange Squeeze. For some reason I'm getting the impression you think you
