Any software could be brought down to a crash if used or maintained

a water injection system on his little Honda
car, (in the 1970's) injected a water/alcohol mix with water into the
manifold with a little carburettor (adjustable jet). Worked well I seem to
remember, but it used a lot of alcohol (needed alcohol to atomise water).
