Jeez, so many changes here, the frustration is building quite rapidly.
Well, i just got office 365, word 2016, and i can't even open a
document. I did alt f and then o, and this is what i get.

The quickest way to see if you have the Skype app installed is to open
the WE control panel, Alt-A Apps, App Management, Add/remove apps. This
gives you a list of all installed apps.

category. Tab over to Page, and arrow to Single Page. Press okay to confirm

After pressing Alt-F, O, I recommend that you press Engter, and then you can
use up and down arrows to find places from which to open files, like
OneDrive, or Computer, and you can press Enter on whatever option you like.

As others have said, when in browse mode you press F8 at the beginning,
move to the end, and press F8 again. A dialog will appear and you will
be on the default Copy plain text button.
But with links you can just go to the beginning and hit F8 twice.

Hello Jed, have you checked to see that the sounds are enabled? You can
choose to preview sounds that you want to use. Go into the main window,
choose main menu, options and sounds. You will find what you need there.
