Can current digest tab standout ?

These old eyes have trouble picking out the tab for the digest entry I am currently reading. The shape of the current tab is slightly different, trapezoidal rather than parallelogram-shaped. It would be easier to pick out the current tab from among the others if it were highlighted or coloured.

Folders deleted still exist
