These old eyes have trouble picking out the tab for the digest entry I

different, trapezoidal rather than parallelogram-shaped. It would be
easier to pick out the current tab from among the others if it were
highlighted or coloured.
Thanks, Roelof! That was it. I've noticed occasionally that some
applications, like TB! and my browser (Opera) can be notoriously slow
to clean up and exit. In this case, TB! had completed its folder
compression (apparently, at any rate) and TB! icon had vanished from
the taskbar leading me to

the afternoon, almost all of the folders and messages I had created
were gone! I had exitted TB! and rebooted my system before leaving.
Could that have somehow purged all these messages? This is a mystery
to me.

in an Internet browser and its only the TB! message viewer that has
difficulty rendering it.

I've been reorganizing my mail folders. I am curious why folders and
sometimes mail files (.TBI and .TBI) still exist after they are
deleted from TB!. The folders no longer display from within TB! but
they are nonetheless physically present. I am having many problems

This key combo solved my problem with deleted folders still being
physically present. I was able to recover some lost folders
containing a few messages. Once I cleared out the messsages and
deleted the folder, they were physically removed as well.
Try the undocumented key combo
. Is there to make them appear or navigate
to them so I can delete their appearance in the address picker window?

Can someone give me some advice about backing up folders.
I've tried going thru the Tools-Backup but I aborted out of it since
it looks like it is going to backup everything. I just want to
archive a few folders containing old messages I might not need to

problem. If there is such a bug, all the suggested
workarounds are unacceptable responses.
