I don't think there is any way to get data across from Outlook to Calendarscope. I went down this road when I first evaluated it. In the end I printed out the monthly display from Outlook and manually entered it all into Calendarscope. Took a few hours, but it seems worth it, for me it was anyway.

I use TB with 5 different POP accounts. Off late, I have noticed that many of my e-mails have automatically moved to other folders... Some disappeared. First I thought it was just me, but now I am quite sure, TB is messing up something :( I have around 10,000 e-mails under each account. -- __
