When you open the Export dialog box and select export format as plain text there is a template box beside it. If you don't change anything in there it just takes the default text from the document, but if you put something in there it uses that as the template for the export. I added %Text%-

50k on emails. I would prefer to narrow THAT option down to some specific criteria and have the filter choose to trash or send to me. I get tired of the lack of automation available to that particular List to which I (did) belong. It's become tedious to see twenty of those [Large Message] emails. TB

these as junk mail. Any TH preset mailbox filter should override any other filter in TB. I have to disagree on that. It regularly happens to me that I'm receiving spam via non-moderated mailing lists. I like it very much for those messages, that they're not processed by the matching mailing list
