I like the way different folders can have different columns for

My problem is that I would like to have the *same* column settings for

The easiest way in my eyes is to export the Outlook addressbook to a comma
delimited file (.csv) and then import that into TB. You get to choose which
fields in Outlook will end up in which fields in TB giving you more control.

NoCanvasHandle and printing is impossible. Also my curser turns into a fluctuating
