Depending on the complexity of the I-type, you can sometimes accomplish
the same thing with an S-type, which is not compiled. So we use that
sometimes for global type dictionary items like that. So for example we
put an item COUNTER in the VOC which we can use on any file:

I think I'm losing my mind today - I'm doing something I do all the time

We put a program in the UV.LOGIN paragraph which checks the number of
users logged on and if it's too many (we set a number a little lower
than the number of licenses we have), we give a message to try again
later. However, if the user logging in is our special user, we let
them login anyway.
I must be backwards because I actually find the second one easier to
read and cleaner. And faster to type! Of course, I guess I'm one of
the old-timers, having been in multi-value for 25 years now.

I once wrote a wraparound to the savelist commands which datestamps
the lists on creation and use. Also allows the user to flag a savelist
as one that should not be overwritten or deleted. A purge program
allows them to purge out savelists that are no longer necessary or
haven't been
You'll need to use CREATE.FILE in Universe, but create either a type 1
or type 19 file - that will make it a folder.

It sounds like the verb LANDSCAPE doesn't exist in the account you're
logging to. It might be as simple as copying the VOC item from the
first account to the second one.
