Stuart, I saw an IBM presentation on Eclipse in 2002 and thought the same as you. Trouble is I am not a Java programmer and my prefferred editor is vi (which I wouldn't change for all the good things in the far off place). But as a platform for U2 tools, I can't think of a better spot
