There is a tsdb_password, ts_password, dbpassword, sn_password_sha, and
a just plain password.
ts_* are timestamps, which come as company of the other values. db* is
for the database (not used by default), sn_* your mysb password. It's
just password you need to change/remove.

I removed the password line from server.prefs, and can log in with a
username, and no password. But every time I try to use the web interface
to enter a password, and restart LMS, I can no longer log in.

off all of the other views, so that is the only thing available.

Make sure that items per page for the web-UI is the default 50 . Having
200 or so so that you can scroll a bit before selecting next page does
have a performance impact .
And make sure you have decent storage media for your cache: when you're
