When I went to download the new 3.4.0 Windows versions, I found no 3.4.0 Windows all-language link. 3.3.2 had a Windows all-language version, but 3.4.0 only shows a multi-language version. Was this an error or is this version gone from the lists? There was no 3.4 RC2 version listed as well.
