Everything seems to be good. The install created the "ovirtmgmt" bridge without any issue. At one point after I did the 'engine-setup', I thought the host got stuck, as it seemed to stay on "[INFO] Connecting to the engine" for quite a bit of time, but my "screen" session just got broken.

Sorry to be replying to my own post, but I'm not sure if by adding the Host manually that I've perhaps messed up something now? How do I go about adding my default NFS storage domain because no storage domain exists currently despite my hosted_engine being a VM already running on my default domain
