I have no idea if they're stats are accurate or not. According to their stats subscriptions have been pretty flat for about a month now. No major spikes or dips. According to what they say on their site they have some kind of algorithm so they aren't counting the same client twice etc. But I

I think the idea in spelling it out like that is to prevent spam bots from picking it up. So just replace the [AT] with @ and the [DOT] with a . and remove all the spaces and that's his address. It's a common practice and I can sypathize, I avoid publishing my email address as much as posible.
