some people said that the flashmeeting system prompted them for a
password when changing screen size
sounds like a bug with the software but you can get the password from
the meeting url

The BART from the SF airport (SFO) is comfortable and fast. You catch
the Airport shuttle train (which makes a big loop around the terminals)
and get off when it says BART, which is near the parking garages. Then
you walk across the platform, buy a ticket, and then get on the train there.
you'll either want to get off at
16th st. Mission or Civic Center (on Market Street). The walk from both
stops is not bad, as long as you aren't loaded up too heavy.
...and if you are loaded up too heavy, there is a
street car which runs up Market St. and should let you off pretty close to
