my vlog is in loomia. I am assuming that a lot of people use this site
to find new content. My problem with this site, (and most like it) is
that it takes my rss feed, breaks it up into a nice little page for
each post, includes my full vlog post, and a link directly to the file.

original instructions were in kilobytes per sec not kilobits so 1

Looks good.
Your feed is correct and is linked on your sidebar, so you're doing great.
People can subscribe to your feed in iTunes even if you aren't listed
in the iTUnes directory -- which can take a long time even after
you've submitted through the iTunes interface.

I've played around a bit with H.264 and discovered a couple of
things that made me think that it's not quite ready for wide usage.
One is the Quicktime 7 requirement, which you mentioned. And this is
a problem that will resolve itself over the next 6 months as the
userbase grows.

The thing I don't like about YouTube though is that they do not enable
syndication of videos they host -- They do generate RSS with
enclosures, but its a little misleading as their enclosures do not
