a redirect in your htaccess will work so long as it's a 301 redirect (a
permanent redirect). This will update the itunes diectory
and all itunes users.I think you just have to append this to your rewrite rule to make it a 301 instead of a 302:
[R=301,L]
Cool. Now, how do I do this?
Thanks,
I found it doesn't matter too much where you put the redirect in your feed. You should
have a section of your feed that has specific itunes tags, right? In my feed, I just put it
after all the other iTunes tags, but not at the end of the complete feed.Does that help?
Not really (but thanks!),
You can use a 302 Pete. But a 302 wont replace what is listed in
the directory or within the clients application. It will simply
redirect each time it's accessed.
Not to be pedantic but the original subject of this thread was HOW to do this. :)

I've posted a bunch of messages to this list that haven't shown up
yet. Anyone else have a similar experience? Is this a spam
issue?

trying to embed a live feed into a drupal module. The url is

As a follow up: is it possible to have a link that will force the quicktime app to open? Like, the desktop app?
Thanks-- ---Brett Gaylorhttp://www.etherworks.cahttp://www.homelessnation.org
