Trouble moving apps into folders on my iPad

Hi All, I'm having a lot of trouble moving apps into folders on my Ipad. When I double tap and hold (a gesture that works like a charm on my iPhone), although the app under my finger does move, it seems rather random whether or not it will create a folder when placed on top of another app.

Well, I finally took it and put it back on the dock and left it there. In about 30 minutes it started up and began cleaning again. It has gone back to the dock twice and is there at the moment. My house is 1800 square feet on one level and it is set on turbo so I guess this first run is going

Marie, The left button does the spot clean. As for it getting stuck, I have only had mine stuck twice, that I can remember, in both cases, I just moved the Bot just enough to free it and left it. After about 30 seconds, it started up again by itself. Not sure if this is typical or not. Early
