Hi All,
I'm having a lot of trouble moving apps into folders on my Ipad. When
I double tap and hold (a gesture that works like a charm on my
iPhone), although the app under my finger does move, it seems rather
random whether or not it will create a folder when placed on top of
another app.
Sandy,
Does spot clean work on carpet?
If so, would you put some kind of cleaning fluid on the carpet first? or is
spot clean just for hard floors?

Marie,
'tis midnight here, so I don't want to set my robot off. So, I shall be
going from memory.
When you are on the screen, in the app on your phone, you will see the name

Marie,
The left button does the spot clean. As for it getting stuck, I have only had
mine stuck twice, that I can remember, in both cases, I just moved the Bot just
enough to free it and left it. After about 30 seconds, it started up again by
itself. Not sure if this is typical or not. Early

I'm not entirely sure on the buttons, but here's my take.

Hi Kimber,
Containers are specific portions of the screen, such as the set of tab controls
that many apps have. Some apps have multiple containers, and others don't; you
can experiment with different apps to see how this works.
You can move apps around on an iPad the way you do on a phone. I
Okay, I got the vac connected to the internet. This morning I started it up

Thanks for that tip. Good idea.

I think his best point is his last point, that no one is asking for the removal

Hi Jeramy and all interested in the BotVac app accessibility!
My Bot just did the ground floor and returned itself to the dock. I heard
the tune and got the message "I am done cleaning", then, I heard, what I now
know to be an error sound, a sort of "bling blong" repeated a few times at a
Hi,
So, I really didn't move the bot from the place it stopped.
I just cleaned the brushes from some dog hairs and resumed.
As for the error page, yes, it takes you directly to the right error page on
the bot site.
You can either flick right, or use the 2 finger gesture and swipe down and
have it
Good call Jeramy!
So, as the error doesn't give a number, did the webpage that the "info"
button took you to, land on the correct error message? If you know what I am
trying to ask? Thus, not just a list of errors, but the specific one you were
encountering? If so, this is vastly useful! I
The VO keys (control and option) along with the letter H will take you back to

Actually,
Yesterday I did get an error, and I was able to access it on my phone app.
In the app, when the machine stopped running, in one of the settings, I
forget where, it says "error".
Next to it was a info button. I clicked on the info button.
It then took me to the website for the bot, and I
